Arif brings together professional coaching with extensive experience in technology leadership, entrepreneurship, mentoring, professional communities and organizational transformation.
His coaching interests include leadership development, technical leadership, career transitions, founders, emerging leaders, young and future leaders, and team development.
Arif has completed an ICF-accredited Level 2 coach education programme and is progressing through the ICF ACC credentialing journey.
His approach is grounded in curiosity, listening, reflection, confidentiality and respect for the client's capacity to discover meaningful possibilities and make their own choices.
